Which HIGH5 gel to choose: Energy Gel Caffeine or Energy Gel Aqua Caffeine?
There is no right or wrong answer: they both do the same job; it’s simply down to personal preference. Energy Gel Aqua Caffeine has a lighter consistency – somewhere between a drink and a gel. Whereas Energy Gel Caffeine is less bulky and lighter in weight, which makes it easier to carry in larger quantities.
Batch Tested Products
As part of our Drugs Free policy, we provide products that have been batch tested. To purchase Energy Gel Caffeine from a batch that has been tested for substances on the WADA Prohibited List, please go here. This will be shipped with a certificate from our accredited lab. Please note that we do not use banned ingredients and have never had a failed test.
Dosage & Usage
Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink.
When exercising it’s important to stay hydrated so we recommend using this product alongside ZERO.

We know this is an exciting time, and so between the time of placing your order and your item(s) being shipped, we will update you on your order and the delivery status via emails.
We make every effort to ship your order by the expected shipping date, however, on occasion, we can experience delays outside of our control.
We require 1 - 3 business days to pack & ship your full order. However, during promotional period and/or holiday weeks, your order will be shipped within 7 business days.
Your item(s) will be delivered via EasyPacel as standard delivery and it may takes up to seven(7) business days.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information for your tracking on the delivery status.
Please note, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for your information to appear in the tracking system. If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.
Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and, unfortunately, we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made. We aim to deliver your order within the time indicated, but we are not able to guarantee any firm dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
*Be sure to use the correct shipping address, complete with a suite or apartment number if applicable, an incorrect or incomplete address will almost always delay delivery.

Most orders will ship from our warehouse while a few low inventories or specialty items will ship from our suppliers. To get your full order on its way, we occasionally ship from a combination of these locations so you’ll receive a couple of packages.
If your order ships in separate packages, we will send you multiple tracking numbers.
Local Delivery (Within Malaysia)
Shipping within Malaysia is always FREE when you spend RM100 and above (for Peninsular Malaysia only) . Rm250 and above (for Sabah & Sarawak only).
There will be a flat rate shipping cost for orders:
Peninsular Malaysia: RM7 for orders below RM100
Sabah & Sarawak: RM15 flat rate for orders below RM250
No International shipping is allow for this moment
1.Our return policy lasts 7 days (Base on individual Vendor’s Sales Policy). If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3.Due to hygiene reasons, inner garments (inclusive sports bra) are exempt from being exchanged and/or returned.
4.To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
5.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
6.There are certain situations where refunds are not granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Refunds (if applicable)
1.Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you (via email ) that we have received your returned item.
2.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. Depending on the bank you provided, refunds may take up to 5 business days plus 3 – 4 days for processing. Once we have your items checked and approved of refund, we’ll process accordingly.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
1.If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
2.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
3.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please reach out to email@example.com for support!
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
1.It is advised that all items returned are at your own cost and will not be reimbursed.
2.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.Depending on where you live, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.
4.As the responsibility for international customs duties and local VAT/GST liable to the customer, we are unable to refund any charges incurred upon delivery of the order. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
5.Please note, items should not be returned to us without prior notice. All return requests should be submitted via email only. Items returned to us without prior notification may not be refunded.
